I went to get my hair done recently. The service was fantastic. Had a cut, colour and a few highlights through the top of my hair. The girl who looked after me was very friendly and gave me heaps of suggestions to make my hair look fabulous. The packges they have really saved me a lot of money and wasnt expensive at all. After they showed me how to maintain my new hair do and I walked out feeling a million dollars. I would reccomend NV to everyone out there, They are a fantastic hair salon. Very very happy.

NV Hair is extremely expensive and has bad customer service to go along with it. I spent almost $300 on getting my hair dyed from a darker colour to a lighter colour and I was not informed of the possibility that it may not work. When I washed my hair the next night, half of the colour washed out leaving a copper/orange tone through my hair. Upon returning to the salon - I was told by the management that "it happens". There was no advice given, no recommendations and no offer to fix it or compensate me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent service, loved the fact they consult you on various styles and possible results, reasonable price but due to excellent service worth the money. Highly recommend cheers darwincouple
