We needed extra set of keys for our unit and went to this shop because it was one the only one we could see on the main street. The price charged for key cutting was quite cheap. It was done in 2 minutes and the service was friendly.

I snapped off a key in my side-gate lock. Got myself into another fine mess trying to fix it. My bumbling efforts only made the situation worse. I sent an email with photos to Oakleigh Locksmiths then visited the shop. They explained how I could dismantle the unit, which I did. Then I took the problem lock to them and they fixed it in a jiffy and didn't charge me for doing so. I was thinking it was going to cost me in excess of $120. But their instructions and other help turned all that around. I took it home and re-assembled the unit and now it's as good as new. Their website has a contact page which I found most useful.
