I've been going to Oasis for around a year and never had a problem until the new owners/staff took over. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The globes in the sun beds haven't been replaced in a long time and only 1/2 are working. I always make an appointment but have, at times, waited until 20 minutes after my set time to be able to use a sun bed, even though people that have come in after me have been given a bed to use. I have another 2 sessions already paid for but am willing to cut my losses and not go back.

I was given a voucher for a full body massage and it was awful. The woman was barely interested, I could hear the radio playing over her 'relaxing' music and she didn't massage where I asked her to.

Great at Waxing and they have a midweek special thats almost 1/2 price. I feel totally comfortable getting my waxes done here and really love that the service is still the same when I get the discounted price specials.

I really like the staff at this salon. They are friendly and very helpful. Prices are also reasonable and they provide a variety or services... I usually use the solarium there but I booked to get my hair and make up done.
