Our car window on the passenger side was smashed on the long weekend. I rang O'Brien's 24 hour hotline, spoke to a customer service representative straight away who took all of my details and gave me the option of getting it fixed that day (for a little extra) or the next business day, I chose the later. Our local O'Brien's rang me early in the morning and were there to fix it only and hour later, I was very impressed at the speed of there mobile service and was happy with the result.
