I am so very furious with Obrien. All went well at 1st when they came to inspect my car for a new windscreen & advise it needed new moulds prior to fitting windscreen. my insurer approved the moulds I was called 3 days later & I spoke to a very rude person were she never answered what mould were ordered just that parts were in & ready to re-book. I believed her even with her rude condescending tone. 3 weeks later the repairer arrived with only windscreen & NO MOLDS, he said most repairers would never have told you & just glued them back in. He left & I was advised molds would be re-ordered. I needed to speak to a manager about this as I juggled my days off & be home on time (I even washed & polished my car so it showed I take care of it). 1st person promised a resolutions person would call back to explain & no call. I called back again and was diverted & they disconnected the call. I called back 4 times & spoke to "supposedly" a manger, but she too was very condescending, I never swore or blamed her but she never listened to my issue & as I got more frustrated she said I cannot help you & lied saying I sent the repairer away..

I am still waiting a week later for the call back
