The staff were rude and there is 1 worker per 3 customers, it is rushed they’re aggressive and rude and do not pay attention to the nails and you end up with a half job. I sometimes am bleeding at my cuticles from how rough they are. Very unprofessional environment , it’s dirty and ultimately I will not be coming back here after 3 visits expecting better each time.

I came to odyssey nails here at airport west and was greeted by a very nice employee of yours by the name Kim. However when Kim asked a colleague of hers about pricing of the queries I had, that colleague of her with overly powdered pale looking face and heavy make up was extremely rude. She yelled at me for having so many queries and said she didn't need my patronage. Save to say it's the last time I'm coming to this branch. Thanks to the black sheep who ruins my experience with her extremely shocking customer service. The rudest person I've ever met.

Honestly worst nail bar i have ever been to. Not only do they over book themselves and you are waiting a very long time to get started but the customer service is horrible.
I had a full new set done & not even 2 days later one nail had come off clean, no pain or left over acrylic, which leads me to believe it wasnt stuck on properly in the first place. So i went Back to repair it, not only did i have about 3 girls chop and change to fix one god damn nail, i was in there for half an hour to fix it and then at the end of the service they expected me to pay. Left extremely frustrated. A day after that another 2 nails dropped off clean again. In pure frustration i rung the owner, explained the issue, and requested to get a soak off and new set as this set was clearly not done properly. She said impossible and i received a whole lot of attitude and blame as to why my nails fell off. I have been getting acrylics done for years now & not once have they fallen off til now.

Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done!!! I live on the other side of town but I travel all they way just to get my nails refilled and set. The owner, Jess, is lovely and is very quick. However, sometimes they over book and you may be left waiting for a while - but it is well worth the wait!!

After several disasters at nailbars with my acrylic nails, I was a little hesitant to go into an unfamiliar nail salon. I was so happy with the job they did, it is such a relief to finally find a local nail place that won't stuff up my nails!!!!! they look great, the staff are lovely and I am now a regular customer of theirs. Would recommend them!!!!
