I visited Officeworks Joondalup to print out photos for the first time today, and found myself a bit lost. Luckily a young man named Ben guided me through the steps and helped with a few problem photos i had. Ben showed incredible patience and understanding with me, and turned my experience from a worrying one, to one of feeling confident and able to repeat the process myself next time. I left the store with all of the photos i needed and feeling really happy. I'd like to commend Ben for all of the time he spent helping me, while still helping others in between that looked as lost as me, and to say how grateful i am that he made my visit so successful.

Very reasonably priced and fast delivery of products.

I was in Officeworks Joondalup last week where, when it was time to pay, I was served by lady by the name of Jo. I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency she demonstrated such that next time I go to that store I want to be served by her again.

I had to go in there the other day to get some office paper and a few bits. I was pleasantly surprised with how much of a range they have- I like their office/home study furniture. good specials. I must have been lucky as I found it quiet easy to get someone to help me- but it was midweek, early afternoon, before school holidays, so they weren't busy. You can f=get quiet carried away and pick up more than you need if your not careful! parking was easy, as you can park outside in the carpark.

it had been my first time there. I loved the space in the shop and even the kids could spend time colouring. lots of stuff for office works and good promotions they have got. But to get some advise about stuff you have to really wait for a sales person to attend you. They are friendly but to get them is a real hardwork. And the checkout counters are less when there should be more for such a big shop. But overall experience good.

A very large shop with a great range of products and services... There is ample parking right outside the shop which is a bonus for those of us who cant walk that far...
