I would give 0 rating if I could. Worst customer service I ever seen. I called Am to confirm if they did kids passport photos and they did. Come arvo, staff told me they don't after wasting my time to make it there. Absolute circus

It was early evening, I was browsing the stationary area, there was a young guy & girl talking loudly about how they rate a girl they know (not very nicely). A lot of giggling and childish behaviour.
Needed to get some binding done - waited at counter for some time before girl came over , she seemed to be irritated that I wanted her service. When she asked me what type of binding I wanted, I asked her what there was to choose from - she threw a couple of books down and tapped her fingers on counter while waiting. At the end she slid my bound book across counter and left the area.
Then when paying, the lady serving had no idea of customer service - not even a smile!
