They were the only company that had the plasticised lace curtains in the pattern we liked. We dealt with Craig who was extremely helpful. The blinds look sooo good and Craig was very professional. A younger guy came to install them and was fast and efficient with the installation. We had a friend that dealt with a female staff member and they chose not to use Ogormans due to the sales woman's condecending attitude. We feel they did a great job however they are much more expensive than the larger companies that advertise on radio. We had little choice as no other company could provide the lace fabric in the pattern we wanted. In saying that we were extremely satisfied with the service particularly from Craig who is a true gentleman. If you want high quality and are considering high end window furnishings then I would highly recommend Craig and his guys at Ogormans. If you are after a run of the mill standard product and are on a tighter budget then maybe the major firms that advertise heavily would suit your needs. As with many things, you get what you pay for.
