Do not use. I purchased some spare parts for my Samsung printer in May 2012 from their website. They NEVER posted the item, nor did they ever respond to my emails or phone calls. I lodged a complaint with the ACCC which got me nowhere either. I tried calling them again today and noticed their answering machine message has changed, which indicates to me that they are still operational. What a joke. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!
