His staff advised me what is good for my hair and what would suit me, I appreciated Rayan advise and asked her to do what she wanted to do. Hey Presto I have an amazing hair style that I love. Wow just wow I have been back more times I just love it
This is the worst experience i have ever had at a hairdressers! I am writing this review as a warning to other people not to part with their hard earned cash at this salon.
I was in tears after i left the salon, The entire experience from start to finish was awful.
I visited this salon yesterday.I never felt welcomed by the salon staff nor the owner omar dib. I got the vibes that i was disturbing them. They were all together talking to each other and on their phones. I wasn't welcomed to the salon.
i waited in for over 45minutes were so uncomfortable. Omar Dib seemed to be in a rush , rude and unprofessional.
By far the worst experience and not to mention the owner him self is not someone I wanna deal with ever again.
Further more if your gonna charge crazy prices you should have opened in the city not bankstown darling.
Omar dib is very unprofessional, he is money hungry and doesn’t Care about the client. He double books and runs late , you’ll be sitting in the hair salon for 5 hours + for a service that only takes 1 hour or two. His unorganised and disfunctional. Zero f**** given. His not worth the price he charges . Anyone who goes to his salon will learn all this for themselves. What a shame to his name and to the hair industry.
Ragda I share your experience, Ive never in my life written a review or bad mouthed but his that bad! I gave him benefit of the doubt first visit then second visit was even worse . I too hope he shuts down , he really upset me . No one deserves to be treated that way
Sha212 I so agree Im so proud of my self that I grew the courage and walked out an hour and a half into my appointment and my hair still wasnt done he was blasting me infront of all the clients about my hair extensions like I mean yelling at me that the extensions arent good enough and he cant style my hair because my hair is too thin and everyone was laughing like I was some kind of joke that was the worse feeling so I just picked my self up and left I had to find Another hairdresser in the centre to do my my hair last minute and I did (hair talks) in Bankstown took me in straight away done what I asked made me feel welcome and literally got the style done in 15 mins I was so happy with them but me personally I cant get over how I was treated and I myself would do anything to make sure people know because I Was literally in tears.
Ragda Im sorry you got treated so bad. I was crying in his salon, the girls shampooed my hair and left me in the basin for 45mins waiting for him to come slab on a toner. Despite me being first client booked with him and despite me sending the girls to repeatedly tell him Im waiting and starting to get cold from my wet hair , he kept saying he will come but did so 45mins later. Theres more things that I experienced like his little childish apprentice putting the wrong toner only to rince it out and apply another one and still was wrong ! Like I said worst disfunctional salon
If there was no stars I will honestly give it to this salon shocking service, so rude and arrogant I’ve never been into a hairdresser where I felt so uncomfortable...I’ve also never even bothered to ever give a bad review to anyone but I just don’t want people to go through the same disappointment ...so unprofessional his staff were nice but omar dib himself so RUDE!!!!!! I ended up leaving because he was blasting me infront of all his clients about my extensions he told me nothing was possible to do with my hair as it’s really thin he then threw the hair extensions infront of me on the mirror he made me feel so insecure and uncomfortable the clients in the salon were laughing at me. I had an occasion and made my appointment 2 weeks before hand for a style and hour and a half into the salon and my hair was not done he was doing keratin bonds for someone else. I picked my self up and left going into another salon (hair talks) they took me in straight away and done exactly what I asked for in literally 15 mins they were so nice and inviting I walked away so happy from that salon I have told all family and friends about Omar dib salon and me myself never ever again am I stepping foot in such a negative environment!!!!!
Finally 5 star service for bankstown. Amazing hairdressers. This salon has a cool/relax vibe. Highly recommended. Thank you to Omar Dib Hair and his team for always making me feel good

Absolutely love Omar doing my hair!! Jackie is amazing too!!! The salon is so professional and has a modern luxe feel!! Haven’t been able to trust a hairdresser for years but these guys really go out of their way to look after me and my hair. Love the feeling of leaving a hairdresser feeling great and fresh. Have found them to be honest about styling and hair care which is what I love Highly recommend this salon. Had a cut and blow dry then got my extensions put in afterwards. Cut and blow dry price is really reasonable at $60!!
