Honest and friendly with a fair price. I dropped off my car at 10am on a day that they had nothing available in hopes that they would be able to look at it in between jobs. By COB that same day they had fixed the problem for me (which included sourcing in a part!). I've been to many mechanics over the years however once Omega opened up in the area I have stopped shopping around.

I moved into the Upwey Area 14 years ago have always had every car I owned, serviced by Omega Automotive. From the initial greeting by Lisa on the phone, to owner Dave's and his superb group of mechanics knowledge of vehicles, and the timely manner in which a problem is fixed rates Omega Automotive as the best Auto Mechanics for many kilometres around. Pricing is also very fair and if you behave yourself and become a regular, you may even get a discount thrown in. Well done Omega Automotive.

I had my car serviced at Omega for the first time after moving into the area recently. I found them to be honest, with great communication and extremely thorough - picking up on and fixing faults that i forgot to tell them about. They're not the cheapest around - but the quality of their workmanship can't be argued with. Highly recommended.

Love these guys. They are honest and we've given up taking our car to a Subaru mechanic as it was more expensive, less convenient and we think the car was running better after a service at Omega anyway. With my mum's car they spent a day figuring out the problem and trying to source an old model car muffler all to no avail and they told her where to take the car instead. They charged her nothing (perhaps knowing how anxious she was about the cost as she's on the pension). Melissa and David are friendly and professional and the workshop is the cleanest I've ever seen. Overall I cannot rate these guys highly enough.
