One Gym

Very clean and the place still looks new. Qualified and helpful staff on hand to go through the equipment with you or even lift weights with you and have a chat. Nice environment

Fantastic gym! Full facilities with assortment of classes to suit everyone. What I love most is the separate private ladies area. Great clean and modern environment, even a GHD in the ladies change rooms for complimentary use. I don't live in the area so I use a casual visits pass which is great value.

Gym is big & always clean. Still looks new. Wide range of equipment & membership is reasonable for the area. Staff are very helpful, more than happy to show you how to use the equipment at any time

The staff are very friendly. This gym is very well equipped and the class instructors are really good.
