Fantastic group fitness classes! the best i have ever done i am from sydney so i was pleasently surprised. You must try the Groove class AWESOME My hubby loved the weights so happy all round. Cheers Batemans Bay

I was surprised how welcomed i was made to feel by very friendly staff. The classes that are offered are wide in choice and at very reasonable time slots. This gym does not make you feel that you don't belong if your not a sports buff. I recommend this place to everyone i know
