I was nervous about the process but found it to be very simple and easy and my share were sold quickly and funds deposited into my account with no drama.

The process of selling was conducted very professionally and very quickly once all the I.D. process was completed. The I.D. confirmation process was somewhat tedious and prolonged if you do not have access to all the technology required (smart phone / computer with a camera etc. and the knowledge of how to use same). Overall, it was a quick and efficient way to sell, and funds arrived very quickly as promised in the set-out timeframe.

Financial Planner advised me to sell 2 small parcels of Issuer Sponsored shares; I didn't want to go to a broker as it would have cost more than the value of the shares. I was selling shares for my 95yo father who is in a nursing home and was doing it under a power of attorney.
