Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Even when shopping in warehouse store I expect the service to drop because that’s generally what happens but this experience was next level poor from start to finish. Never again.

I was guaranteed the buffet I was buying would fit where I needed it to. 6 months after ordering it, it finally got delivered WITHOUT HANDLES! I was told it would take another week for the handles to arrive. When I discovered it was too tall, I rang one stop pine to complain that it wasn’t as specified in their product book. When the rude lady told me it was the manufacturers fault. One stop pine used to be fantastic, but after this experience, I will never recommend them or shop there again.

I bought a five piece dining set in December. When it arrived in January one of the chairs was damaged. When I put the table together, I had to attach the legs, one of the legs would not go on properly. It didn't matter how I swapped them around the legs would always be wonky. Then, after using it for a month, I got jabbed in the hand by a screw poking up through the cushion. At this point I'd had enough, I called and asked for a refund. So they send someone to inspect the table and when he eventually arrived I tell him all of the problems I have had. At this point he tells me that they do not offer refunds after 7 days. 7 days from purchase? 7 days from delivery? He did not specify. It took more than 7 days just for it to be delivered and I did not find out about the screws under the cushion until later! I showed him that all of the chairs had this same problem but he would not listen and would only take one of the chairs to be fixed insisting that there was nothing wrong with the table or chairs. I will never buy from these people again.

Approximate cost: $700

Great shop with reasonable prices, most of our house if furnished with their furniture. Open on Sunday which is a great thing. The sales team are very helpful.
