I was in dire search for a good consulting firm to help my SEO issues solved. I was so lucky to have stumbled upon Sam Crawford’s online consulting business. My website is now gaining massive traffic and I’m so happy that many web users are spending their time on my site.

I was recommended this company from a friend after I had failed on 3 past attempts with other SEO companies in improving my online presence. The business owner came across very professional and switched on - and he discussed solutions to help improve my position which involved redesigning my complete website (AGAIN!) and running a keyword optimisation plan costing me a ridiculous $2200 per month!! I was desperate at the time and did not have a lot of experience with SEO so I had no other option but to see how it went.

6 months down the track I went from being 1st page to 10th page...PAGE NOT PLACE!!!! When confronted with what was going on..his communication skills went out the window (emails left unanswered for days PLUS my phone calls were not answered or returned) I had to go into PANIC MODE and find another external company to analyse the work that he did to find out the problem that he caused and ultimately couldn't work out due to his incompetence!

It turned out that the website work he did was seen as duplication in the eyes of GOOGLE and my site was penalised heavily. A point to note is that all his SEO is done in india with many of their work being DODGY and backlinks that google does not rate highly and penalise your site even more.

I WASTED $15-20K OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS INCOMPETENT SCAM ARTIST. HE HAS SERIOUSLY AFFECTED MY ONLINE PRESENCE FOR MY BUSINESS THAT HAS EQUATED TO SERIOUS $$$ YET HE THINKS HE IS NOT LIABLE OR SHOULDNT HAVE TO REPAY THE MONEY HE OWES.
