I purchased a Bracelet as a Xmas gift for My Granddaughter on November 20th 2021. Emailed them 3 times asking where it was ?.
No answer until Yesterday 21st January 2022. No Apology or excuse. It Stated they will refund my account.
Not Good enough in fact it Stinks.

I purchased two anklets ($75) assuming at that price I was getting quality jewellery . Only one anklet was delivered which broke in the first week . I have been emailing them for the past two months with no reply trying to get this rectified

I purchased some wedding items from this store. Unfortunately the items didn't get here on time, granted I ordered them late! However the shop allowed me to keep the items and offered me a voucher for $50. I really cannot complain.. VERY good service

Purchased some rings from this website expecting them to be delivered quickly as their registered address is st kilda in Victoria. No
notification for a week when if my rings were sent out. sent 3 emails and they only replied a week later. Customer service "too bad you have to wait"

Customer service is horrible.
Also, they spam your email even if you never subscribed to their marketing emails or press the unsubscribe button.

Feels like you're better off buying at a local store or ebay.

Purchased a bracelet from there. Easy to access items and cheap for good quality! I think the staff were very helpful.
