Was a really good shop until recently. Customer service had dropped off a lot while there prices seam to have gone through the roof. Also the weekend staff often seam like work experience kids which can be a little frustrating.

Every time I go to Onya bikes in Tuggeranong, I am happy with the experience. They have great range for all ages, I have brought bikes, Helmets, kids Trailer and more from them. The fault is that always seem to be understaffed, but once a staff member is serving you- they give you very good service.
