I AM SO UPSET TODAY!!!! I booked an appointment 8 days ago for 19 hair strands to be attached to my hair and this morning I didn't have it done!!!! Lisa was SO RUDE TO ME!!!!! I won't say I wasn't late about 12 mins but when I got there she was about to go out and she said she had a 12midday appointment!!! I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO THINK!!!! WHAT SHE WAS GOING TO APPLY 19 HAIR STRANDS IN 30 MINUTES WHEN SHE TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES TO COMPLETE. So something is wrong here!!!! DON'T GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!!
Ooh La La Hair Extensions definately goes to the extreme to take care of their clients from great customer service to beautiful quality hair and products. I would not hesitate to recomend their services to anyone any day. The prices are generous too. Thank you for the friendly service you provide. I will continue to go to this salon as i have never come accross someone who knows what their talking about when it comes to hair needs like Lisa. I'm so glad I came accross this salon. I Have been using oohlala extensions for over 4 years. Every time I get my hair dyed at the hair dressers they always compliment my extensions. I have never had a problem and they last so long. I wouldn't go anywhere else

I have been going to Lisa to get my extensions done for 2.5 years now, would not go anywhere else! Huge selection and is always so welcoming. I always feel comfortable. You had a 30min appointment that you were 20min late for, as we had a fully booked day we opened a half hour earlier just to fit you in. You gave no notice that you were running late and we could not do 19 extensions in 10 min, it takes the full half hour at best as was explained to you. A half head takes 1.5 hours and is 50 strands. Our next client was coming in during her lunchbreak and had asked if we could make sure that she was out on time that day. We did what we could to accomodate your needs, if you were on time there would not have been an issue.
