I planned on getting a gel manicure but the technician was unable to shape my nails consistently (some pointed to the side, too pointy, or straight) and left them with varying lengths (which when I arrived I had not a single broken nail so this is due to their over filing.) I pointed this out and gave the opportunity to correct the errors, which they were unable to do. So I left without even a clear coat, went straight home and shaped them myself, still unable to really fix them because they butchered my fingers. Now I have to wait a couple weeks for them to grow out; they left some painfully too short, way shorter than my finger tips, shorter than my fianc's! After all that I still charged me the full rate. Worse, they said my toes were dry from the pedicure so I put my shoes on. When I got home the polish was ruined even after 30+ minutes drying time; this suggests they thin their polish with acetone. I also did not see any sanitizing units. Hopefully they are in the back! I lost my time and $60. If you want to support local business, this surely is one to look over.
