AVOID – Incompetent and Error Prone
I engaged [redacted due to personal identifier] from Open Legal to create a company and family trust for my new business venture. [redacted due to personal identifier] committed to 5 days turnaround to get the engagement and then the comedy of errors started then - [redacted due to personal identifier] created a company with the wrong shareholders; and then [redacted due to personal identifier] created a trustee with a name that he made up. After 3 weeks of fixing error after error [redacted due to personal identifier] still hadn’t delivered, so I had to fire him and OpenLegal and go somewhere else.
