Delicious burgers that are made fresh to order. I've had generally friendly customer service, mostly serving me with a smile and asking for upgrades. At peak hours such as lunch time, be prepared to wait up to 5 minutes because it can get very busy.

Service, food and value are all satisfactory. About the same as you would expect with any other fast food restaurant, I loved their desserts though.

whenever i am hungry while doing shopping in westfield, i go to oporto. i will be served within 5 min maximum depending on the busy of the store. and so far no mistakes done in order taking and giving.
