My son went to have his eyes checked. It is quite easy to make the appointment. After the normal eye check, the optometrist suggested to take another examine (forgot the name) which costs $70 from my pocket. When we went to the Specsavers to get the glasses, we found out in Specsavers, the examine won't cost anything out of my pocket.

fantastic ,quick, thorough and will do anything to help you out. I lost a screw in my glasses and needed them to drive home, they fitted my glasses with a new screw,cleaned the lense and I was on my way again. Couldnt have asked for any better.

The staff at OPSM are so very friendly and they will do anything to help you . If you lose a screw or have a screw loose they will fix your glasses free of charge . They helped me with that recently and i hadn't even bought my glasses there. I will go there next time they seem to have a really great range aswell and of excellent quality . If you want quality try OPSM.

I have called OPSM, Rockdale on 31-Dec to check if the optometrist is available but the only reply i got was "too late..next year", did not even care to book an appointment for whatever day and hung up while i was still talking to him. I wonder how do they get their customers. I have been to OPSM, North sydney before and they were a pleasant bunch of people there.
