Rip off! Was there for 2.5 hours when quoted for 6:25
Absolutely terrible job done by Optima Clean, Sutherland, NSW.

Firstly they arrived an hour late with no call to say they were running late then they were only there for 2.5 hours when the job charged for was for 6:25. It was an empty house so easy to access all parts of the property. They didn’t need to clean the oven or cooktop due to new one being installed and no vacuuming required due to the carpets being cleaned the day before they arrived so they were done already. The cupboards and walls were left with marks all over them, dust all on the skirting boards and balustrades not even touched! I called to complain, and sent photos of the sub par job, but after taking my first call and upon finding out it was to complain they then proceeded to ignore me in the hopes that I would go away. Once they realised that I was serious and persistent they did respond and ever since then I have been met by an unapologetic and very indifferent response from Optima Cleaners.

They merely assumed I wanted my bond back so they just did a rubbish job hoping for a lax real estate agent to view their work. I told them I was the owner and not looking for my bond back just an honest job done for the money they charged which was $620! To me $620 for 2.5 hours of work is completely outrageous (I was quoted and charged for 6:25) especially given that it was barely noticeable that they’d even been there once they left. I wish I used my normal cleaner she would have done a far better job for about a third of the price that this company charges! Beware of these charlatans they admit they’re rip offs and they’re happy to do it, in fact they’re almost boastful about it!

Steer clear of this deplorable company and you’ll not only get a better job done you’ll most likely save a lot of money too!

Stay away from this company!! Firstly they canceled my booking and had to reschedule for the next day. Then a lady shows up with old dirty cleaning equipment and completed the end of lease clean on her own. Unsurprisingly the property did not pass the end of lease inspection for a range of things that were on Optima's cleaning checklist and should have been done such as: dusted blinds, stove top, inside and outside cupboards, outside dishwasher and range hood, light fixtures were still dusty, there were still cobwebs on walls and the carpets were still dirty.
I then contacted the company to rectify the issues as they state a 100% Bond Back guarantee. They then continued to tell me that they would not send someone out as she would have to drive an hour and it was not worth her time. They continued to deflect and try and put the blame on me. The customer service manager then offered me an $80 refund despite the fact I paid $560 for this service. I then had to go back and clean the property myself!
I called the customer service manager to demand a refund and she was laughing about me to people in the background.
I am so appalled by this company. They are unprofessional and demeaning.
