thankyou to the lady who helped me with the settings on my phone. i'm desperate to get the access to my email but this current temporary phone doesnt want to let me in. she was honest enough to admit that she doesnt know how to fix it and provided a tech support number that i can call. i hope i get the same service when i get back to brisbane.
