I have been with optus for 7 years and although I rarely have issues that I need to contact them the times I have the customer service has been fantastic. The one time it wasn't initially it ended well. They have gone well out of their way to help and and don't ever rush you. Fantastic company

I have been with optus for 6 and a half yrs and won't use anyone else I use the 2 dollar a day prepaid deal and never have to worrie about running out of credit while talking or browsing the only problem I have at the moment is poor service but its the area I live in in bundabe and its not just optus that get poor service here either its a problem all of Bundaberg experience.

I've had soooooooo many issues with Optus since I signed up 2 years ago. At least they went out of their way to ease the pain by offering discounts etc
