The stores are pretty good as well as the staff

But I do normally Google what I am after so I have an idea on price before I go in
And make it clear I'm on a budget and how much I am willing to spend so I'm not shown the most expensive phone's they can find and tell me its the best

As the store prices and shop prices and online prices may be quiet a big difference from store to store it pays to shop around or wait for sale times if your not in a hurry

You also don't want to be sold something you don't need

So if you have a problem with your phone e.g.

I would probably ring someone first find out what they suggest so when you go in you will have an idea not just being told something and your not quite sure if that is right or not and your being over quoted or over charged or something's being fixed that's not broken
