I've been waiting for half an hour and no ones even acknowledged that were here waiting this place is a joke they take so long to serve you

My i-phone push button was not working so they sent it off under warranty and within 5 days I had a replacement phone

My phone died so need to buy a new one at the same time I was considering changing carriers and my daughter showed me the way to your store. The first impression when I walked in was friendly and the staff most helpful....only fault and that not the store is the coverage in the coutnry isn't real good...

I have dealt with Optus a few times but not really happy with them. They have ripped me off once. I would refer people for prepaid internet only

my experience at the optus shop was not that one of a very helpful one they passed me onto phone service and back again to the desk and neither could help me with my ongoing problem with my mobile
