I have my Home Phone, Internet, Fetch with Optus but I am not very happy with them because the outage that occurred on Wednesday 8th November 2023 lost me heaps of business and money. I would recommend moving to Telstra because they have a battery backup in their modems in case of outages.

Great shop, lots of service. They were able to answer all of my questions and signed me up on a contract which for once I am happy with.

NOt always good service but one i got the best quick service and solution to my mobile deal. i wanted to update my old mobile. now i can take good pic of my baby with the new mobile the stuff recommended me.

Great shop with great products and staff. They have a good selection of phones and plans etc. I juts found a more suitable deal elsewhere on this occasion but would go back there and highly recommend optus.

When in a rush it really helps to come across a staff who has quick solution to the customer needs. I was advised correctly and got my work done in a flash. Thanks

Extremelly nice service. My mum received a present as a mobile phone which was purchzased from Optus store. We went there to try to change as she was not very happy with the phone. Within 10 min after negosiation the mobile was changed and both parties were happy.
