Great service and helped me find a phone,suitable for my everyday needs,good clean shop with helpful staff and a good selection of different items.

Probably will not been joining with optus again. Unfortunately haven't had any good services since I've been with them.

optus employees need to understand the company polices and explian how to fill out forms better. they cancel insurance on my phone cause they didnt fill in the required paperwork and cost me money. i hate optus polices.

Went to get a replacable USB stick from here and they tried to argue with me that i have to pay even though it was covered in the insurance. After 20mins of arguing and speaking to one of their call centres from the shop coz the shop people had no idea, i finally managed to walk out of there with my free usb stick.

Overall all not too good, customer service was not the best and values are high compare to some other shops for the same products. they should try to improve their service and product knowledge

Went in there to get a phone plan, money, money, money. Had problems with the service. No help. Rude staff. Lure you in with plans that you can make unlimited national calls. By the way, if you are to get a plan, they make you pay one month in advance.
