I have been with optus for years they are always helpful this shop is always very busy so if you dont mind a wait the staff are helpfull and know there products

I hav'nt a bad word to say about Optus, usually because I live in an apartment building with a dead spot, so I can't get through to them to give them a word. But seriously I have 14 business phones and iPad accounts with them and the business section has always been fast streamlined and efficient.
