Due to my usual hairdresser being booked out I had to try elsewhere. Ora hair went out of their way to fit me in at short notice. This meant I had to be passed around a few hairdressers. All of the staff there are friendly and professional while maintaining their individuality. I was offered drinks multiple times and provided with magizines without having to ask. It is very easy to feel comfortable here. My needs actually got listened to. The staff are good at confirming that they understand what you want and checking by telling you what they are doing before they do it. They even helped come up with a resolution to A reoccurring hair problem of mine. Due to travel I will not be in Canberra much longer but if I return I would make this my regular hairdresser.
