In the next week, it again started leaking and since a month, I sent him many messages. He always told that he will fix this wee end and never comes to fix. Neither responds to phone.

I will never recommend Younis and team for any roofing job. They charged me over 6000 AUD for a roofing job (which was on the higher side as compared to other quotes but I still went ahead with it as he seemed genuine) and then never showed up next month when it actually rained and the gutters were left leaking and ended up damaging roof & fascia board. Their behavior was and still is very unprofessional. I hope people do not get fooled by good reviews that they have. I have lots of unanswered text messages and calls which prove otherwise.

Younis I hope you read this and now remember the 7 year warranty you promised me. I'm highly disappointed in your services and in repeated failed attempts to contact you.

Thanks to Younis and his team, those impossible to find and fix roof leaks have finally been resolved. We now seem to have a great permanent solution, fixing roofing issues from the original build. Using the solution that Younis offered, we have a quality job backed by his guarantee that gives us great comfort that our concerns during storms are a thing of the past. And due to a minor issue, he proved he is a man of his word, returning to our home to honour his warranty.

Younis and his team were the only ones to respond after contacting 10 different roofing repairers. They were very responsive and professional and fixed the roof in record time. It was the best trade experience we have ever experienced. We can't recommend them highly enough.
