I ordered an incline bench and squat stands from Orbit Fitness in WA as I couldn't find anything of reasonable quality in stock on the East Coast.
I was expecting the order processing and delivery to regional NSW to be about three weeks- it literally only took one! Arrived today in good order- already set up. Nice work, appreciate the quick delivery, thanking you!
We bought a Pilates machine from Orbit Fitness Equipment. Got told would be delivered Wednesday, never came and if I hadn't called they wouldn't have rung me to tell me it was coming Thursday. Again on Thursday had to ring and they said they would call when they were coming but didn't, just turned up. Machine comes in wooden box no when we open it when hubby comes home, no instructions whatsoever as to how to put together so ring and ask where they are and get told will call and bring around on Friday. It's now Sunday and no call and no instructions but we think we got it sorted. No book or DVD comes with it on how to do exercises on it. This machine costs us nearly $1000 on special and the after sales service of Orbit Fitness Midland is nothing but crap!

Since this review and after two emails, Orbit sent out someone who fixed the broken parts and gave us an exercise chart. Then the headrest busted (it's only stapled on so if you get one make sure it's screwed in) but they have improved a little bit but it took heated emails to get the ball rolling. Gone up to three stars now.
