I recommend the white chocolate dumplings! Amazing. Also they have an amazing selection of teas you can sample as you go along. A little on the expensive side, but never disappointed ;-)

Not quite an authentic chinese experience, it is nonetheless quite good. Given that it is winter a hearty / heart warming foods are de riguer, I went to Teahouse for the Fire in the Bowl promotion at Oriental Teahouse.
This involved a huge bowl of fresh chilli, sweet potato noodles, 8 pork and chive dumplings, fish, chicken, vegetables, szechuan peppercorns and a pot of tea on the side. Great way to spend an otherwise bone chilling melbourne afternoon.

Helpful with searching for tea, and they have a cool stand where you try blends that they have made. A huge selection of teapots and cups as well. And you can have yum char there too.

Had an absolutely divine yum cha dinner. All the flavours were amazing. Love the extensive tea menu. Service was friendly and fast. A good place to stop for a bite before catching a train.
