I was so surprised at how friendly the staff where here, from past experiences at other Victorian stores they have been less than helpful, but it was such a true delight being inside they definitely made me feel like part of their family! Ended buying myself a new bag and wallet too!

the staff were okay, i love their products but it can be a bit pricey. very good quality and they last and look classy. overall i would love to buy again especially when they have the sale on.
