The worst company I have ever encountered in my 48 years. They could not care less about my situation, or my friend's who is unfortunately linked with this same place. I have been on their books for almost 4 years now and have not had one interview let alone a job offer. They constantly offer me roles that I physically cannot do due to my back condition (hence me being with a disability job office in the first place) and they always send me for pointless job search training (which I can just do at home instead of wasting my money catching a bus in to the office).

I have had at least 9 different case managers so far, each as useless as the last. I've even had one who could barely speak English.

I have also heard on the grape-vine that they are laying off tons of staff and cutting funding to their clients - so there will be even less help available to people trying to get a job.

Just go elsewhere; these places are a dime a dozen.

Personally I wouldn't even rate a star for it, or even half a star, but unfortunately you need to put some sort of rating to actually submit..

I went in to seek help in a transfer to their company as my current provider is not suited to my seeking needs. Unfortunately, this company is by far worse as I never even got past reception. I spoke to someone on the phone prior my arrival and told to see the person on reception and explained my situation. He had no interest in assisting me regarding my current employment provider and literally wrote me off and said be had more important stuff to do on the computer rather than continue the topic any further. No customer support and no real social skills. You'd do better with a different provider and give this place a big swerve. With a knee injury and having to limp from the 6th floor of the Westfield parking area down stairs to Macquarie street up a lift to their office to basically have my time wasted and no assistance what-so-ever and have to limp back up to the top floor of the Westfield complex... this has been my worse experience and caused a fair amount of pain in my knee today. Seek a provider elsewhere if you're a job seeker.

This is a NGO job network provider and unlike the private sector, does not charge its clients a commission. It earns its money from the government on the successful placement of its candidates. I only went there very briefly before I changed my job network provider. My employment consultant was very professional and provided me with good advise and service.
