I don't recommend this business. My S26 Heartway Mobility Scooter was almost everything I was looking for - until it wasn't!
When after a couple of months I could not get my scooter to start, I tried to get some assistance from Out and About Healthcare, but despite several phone calls - which were not answered, and several emails - which also were not answered, I contacted local scooter dealers. The answer I got repeatedly was "we don't deal with heartway scooters as 1. we cannot get a contact with the distributors (Out and About Healthcare) and 2. there is no after sales service available.
