Absolutely wrapped ! We had a complex area that we needed an entertainment space built. Tom was extremely helpful through the process creating a design we were really happy with. The whole team from the office staff through to installers were prompt and great. Had some bad luck with weather , but all in all we are really happy with the results. Highly recommend this company. We partly demolished and extended a carport. From our first enquiry to the completion of the job has been met with complete professionalism. The completed work is fantastic. Communication was excellent. We were always kept up to date with progress, queries answered promptly and contractors were always on site when they said they would be.

Highly recommended. Friendly professional service. The verandah has added a quality living space to our unit. We have an easement on one side of the property and they made unofficial enquiries as to the the likelihood of getting approval before we had to commit to paying an application fee.

Mark and his team were easy to do business with and looked after everything. The project was to remove an old wooden verandah, then replace with a new verandah, but add on a patio extension. The design and planing approvals etc were done easily and the only delay was getting the council to approve the application. The team that did the physical work were cheerful, competent and punctual. Even a last minute change on dates by us did not phase Mark and he re-arranged without issue. I recommend them to you unreservedly.

I done my pergola through [Redacted Personal identifier] from verandah solution.with small problems on measurements and finishing I was happy.the only problem was drainage and gutter with downpipe.they try to fix it once and when the rain come now is leaking badly and they dont even pick up the phone
after voicemail and desperate ringing I give up and going to get a plumber to fix their stuff up.

My experience in dealing with Mark Dyson was positive right from the start. He showed a fully professional approach in measuring up for the new carport, and was helpful in discussing options for the design. There were more council permits required than I had anticipated, but Mark took care of them all: Planning, Building, and Asset Protection! The old carport was demolished efficiently and quickly, and the new one was erected within a relatively short time. I am very pleased with the result!

Mark took the time to understand our needs and help us custom build a modern veranda with an industrial feel. Marks extensive knowledge of the industry were very apparent as he was able to design and advise the best possible solutions whilst creating something that is truly unique. From design, permits to installation the team at Verandah Solutions were 100% helpful and professional at all times. Mark and his team were very good in replacing our old car port. In particular Mark was very helpful with suggestions and I appreciated the extra effort he went to in reducing the "overflow flashing" done by the installers a few days earlier (they were working after dark and may not have noticed it).

He arranged for all plans, permits, inspection etc so that I didn't have to. I would certainly recommend him in the future without hesitation.

Mark was forthcoming and helpful in assisting to get us to the point of selecting the right size, material and look...we never felt rushed. Work was done quickly and completed on the day. Site left clean as well which was a big bonus. Very competitive in price as well.
