Rude man with the beard, no idea what customer service is about. Will be spending my money elsewhere. No idea how he stays in the job.

Have purchased the bulk of my hiking and camping gear from this establishment. The staff all have interests and experience in the outdoors and know their equipment. Their knowledge of the products they sell is first class and they are always friendly and helpful. The store is always, on request, willing to try and get in products or brands they don't normally stock. I have used this store for almost 20 years now and rarely come away disappointed.
