Outshine Beauty Medispa Wellness

A friend recommended I should try Outshine and have been extremely happy. I have now had a number of treatments with different therapists and have loved them all. Special thanks to Kasia for the best eyebrows ever and Mel for my beautiful feet. All the girls are welcoming and very professional. I am excited to try their new body and lazer treatments.

Lovely staff. Very accommodating. Great treatments and waxing. Excellent spray tan that was natural and lasted about one and a half weeks while I was on holidays in Fiji swimming in chlorine and at the beach every day. Would definitely recommend this salon.

Normal brow specialist (who is amazing) was on holidays so I turned up for my appointment to discover I'd been booked with another girl without consultation. Unhappy, I agreed to try after the owner assured me she was 'amazing'. Woke up the next morning to discover my right arch was about 3mm higher than my left arch - even my husband noticed. Returned where the same girl proceeded to blame the lighting of the room, then blame my glasses being crooked (I wasn't wearing my glasses when I noticed the difference and told her this) and then said it was my 'perception' that was at fault. Ahhhh, not good customer service especially when I'm paying $60. Left in disgust and the new manager, to her credit, rang me. When I explained the appalling customer service I had experienced, the manager tried to blame the girls cultural background as an excuse of her perceived 'abruptness'. Wow. This just gets better and better. Never going again and hope the new owner learns a thing or two about keeping the customer happy and not making excuses. Very disappointing as my usual specialist there is awesome however never to return.

WONDERFUL SPA!!! Great customer service, clean spa and very happy with my treatments! Have made this my new beauty salon!!

Really good spray tan - lasted well and no streaky bits.
