There is no receptionist or anyone else working in this practice. I do not recommend anyone to use his service. He refused to give me a copy of my prior year's tax return. I requested a copy of prior year's tax return because I never received a copy in the first place after i signed the tax return in his office last year. He got angry and yelled at me on the phone saying he would give me a copy if i came to his office to do the current year's tax return. Since i wasn't going to use his serivce anymore i asked him to email me a copy of last year's tax return. He said he would have to charge me for emaiing me a copy and told me i'm rude for making such a request. I get the impression he was very angry with me for not using him to do my current year's tax return. Regardless whether he gave me a copy last year or not, it's my tax return and he should give it to me upon my request. Because he refused to give me a copy i had to request a copy from the ATO which took 28 days to receive. Also i found out from the current tax agent he didnt include some important things in my tax return last yr which resulted in less refund. After he finished my tax return he invoiced me way more than what he said he would charge me at the beginning. I had to pay otherwise he wouldnt lodge it. I do NOT recommend this guy to anyone.
