Customer service and hygiene practices need attention. If the food falls on the floor...it is not clean and cannot be eaten. Fist pounding your chest and giving us the finger us totally unacceptable.

Now this shop is in a poor location and has very nice pies and sausage rolls. If they were to relocate to a more accessible place with better parking and newer facilities (the place is old and doesn't look that appealing) they would probably do a lot better.

The food is exceptional especially the apple turnovers without cream, not a long wait for service, good value for money - has day old buns for half price and cheap bread
