As a part time local in Sorrento, I can recommend this place as one of the best in Sorrento.
The service is way above the rest of the establishments in Sorrento and it's nice to be recognised when you visit.
The menu is varied and the food is fresh and home-made. The coffee is the best in Sorrento and you can grab a take-away one if you have time while waiting for the ferry.
It's not open for dinner but a definite for brekky and lunch. Excellent.

Well, we visited Over Easy for brekkie on Sunday and were very disappointed.
The food was below average the Benedict sauce tasted like it came from a packet. The coffee was NOT the best in the area, and I would say not even close! The toilets are disgusting!
The service was disappointing too, and the person who appeared t
o be the owner/manager could do with a PR course.
The only good thing was the view.
