I am extremely happy to recommend Oxford Bathrooms who have just completed renovating my en-suite. I have been very impressed with the organization of the job beginning with the wonderful assistance I received in their showroom at Thornleigh through to all the work carried out. The Project Manager gave me a schedule of expected dates for work to be done and this was followed precisely. It was wonderful to know who and when a particular person would be coming to the site. Each tradesman contacted me the night before arrival to confirm his attendance. All of these tradesmen were very experienced and friendly and were anxious not to be too disruptive.

We didn't have a recommendation for Oxford Bathrooms, I googled on a whim for local bathroom specialists when we were driving through Brookvale and we were pleasantly surprised that you had a showroom that we could visit. We felt confident from the moment we walked into the showroom and arranged an appointment with Cindy. Victor's questions about what we wanted and what problems we faced with the current set up demonstrated his clarity around what we needed from a design perspective. We received lots of advice along the way including selecting the tiles and accessories as we got closer to starting the job.
Each trade prepared the way for the next one so the process was as seamless as possible and the job was finished as efficiently as possible. Eddy kept us informed all the way through the project and regularly took calls and answered texts out of hours.
