I recently came off my bike and needed stitches in my lip and finger so I called in the Oxford Medical Centre in the hope that I could see a doctor so that I didn't have to spend half my life at Emergency. Understandably, there was no doctor available, but Doctor Lucy Rowlands was on her lunch break and overheard my plight and came off her lunch break to help me. Doctor Rowlands was really lovely and caring and took her time to stitch me up and send me on my way (with the help of her friendly trainee nurse).
Couldn't be happier that I received 10/10 customer service.

I have been there thrice and everytime there is a wait for minimum 20 mins past my appointment time.I consult Dr.Petra and find her extremely considerate and professional. She knows what she's talking about and I don't feel awkward asking silly questions.Receptionist and pathologist are very friendly. They have in house pathology and you can claim medicare rebate at time of payment as well.Overall my experience has been good.

Approximate cost: $70 for 10 mins

I have been going to this medical centre for about 2 years and find the doctors and the nurse to be extremely caring and professional. There are 2 lady doctors and 1 man, I see one of the ladies who makes you feel at ease and is very knowledgable. I now take my family there and the nurse who provides the child immunisations is also very kind.

Approximate cost: $60
