Fantastic service. Such helpful staff. Would thoroughly recommend.
We used Oxley Travel to book a holiday at Arajilla Resort on Lord Howe in November 2018. Office staff made an error with our booking and were not at all concerned as we had prepaid. No late check out was organised when Oxley booked the accomodation which meant we had to wait for an afternoon flight in the hotel lounge area with our hand luggage for the day. In future I would book Lord Howe Accomodation and flights direct.
Arajilla would not have been able to do a late check out if the room was being occupied by someone coming in. if you needed a late , perhaps booking an extra night would have been better? They have lovely transit facilities so i am sure you would have been well looked after. I am not sure how Oxley travel are supposed to be at fault for Arajilla needing to turn your room over before the next guest arrives?
I would recommend using Oxley travel to plan your holiday to Lord Howe Island. They were very helpful in supplying us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision about where to stay that fit our budget.
Dealing with Oxley Travel to book our honeymoon staying at Lord Howe Island was very easy. Having never been there before they were able to give us information and offer accommodation for a range of budgets.
