This is a fantastic boutique style personal training gym. The staff are very warm, friendly and eager to help me achieve my personal goals. The equipment is easy to use in the xpress part of the gym, the staff are always on hand if you need any help. The group classes are fantastic, small and personal, only 10 people per class. I would recommend this gym to everyone reguardless of age or fitness level.
