What a nightmare!! We bought a generator for nearly $2000.00 in the beginning of August 2016. Till date we have not received the product. Emails remains unanswered. How can such a business legally operate in this country. Can't the relevant consumer protection authority do something about this?

The trolley arrived but there was one screw missing and cannot be used

After emailing them, there is no response

- after purchasing such a bulky item, I expect to have an email from them to provide delivery details, such as when I need to be at home. However, there is nothing. I emailed them and no response until I emailed them ten times, they process a full refund to me without explanation and no further response.

#### if you want to buy something from them, I would warn you. There is no communication and customer service this company will provide. If anything goes wrong, you will lose your money, if lucky, u get a refund without an explanation. Don't ever buy from this website, it's not even a huge bargain, not worth it ####
